Four stages.
No surprises.

Every engagement follows the same shape. You always know what the current stage produces and what has to be true before the next one starts.

    Discovery

    A short, paid engagement where we map the problem, the constraints, and the shape of a solution. You leave with a plan you own — whether or not you build it with us.

  2. 02

    Architecture

    Technical design, data model, and delivery plan. We decide what to build, what to buy, and what to deliberately leave out of v1.

  3. 03

    Build

    Two-week increments with working software at the end of each one. Your team has access to the repo, the board, and the standup from day one.

  4. 04

    Handover & run

    Documentation, runbooks, and pairing sessions until your engineers are self-sufficient. We stay on retainer only if you want us there.
